Everything!! Prestonfield is MAGIC. The beauty of the property, the service, all of it is next level. I have stayed there twice and will only stay here in Edinburgh. There really are no words to explain how amazing this place is, you have to actually experience it.
Everything!!! The rooms, the food, artwork, the gardens, the service, the peacock, the attention to detail, and certainly everyone there.
This is a must do when we return to Scotland.
The staff at Prestonfield are 10/10. They knew us despite us only staying a few nights and were incredibly kind and helpful.
The Rhubard restaurant exceeded my expectations. The ingredients are so fresh that I doubt that I can get the same taste for some dishes anywhere else.
The location is a short 10 minute drive from the center of the city and completely quiet at night except for when they have events.
The decor is really lovely and I loved the house cat and 3 cows!
Exceptional property with exceptional staff! Dinner is the Rhubard was absolutely delightful.
Location was perfect if you want to be close to the city center but not in the city. The landscaping and serene grounds were amazing for a walk or to gaze at the beautiful view during breakfast or afternoon tea. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. I truly loved everything about my stay. The room was spacious and clean.
