Spotless clean , rooms are well organized with everything you need , quite area yet close to the main attraction and the tram , staff were amazing
We just needed one night to stay before heading to the airport in the morning, and picked Voco as it was close to restaurants and a tram stop. Had a fine stay; front desk was very helpful with dinner suggestions, the bathroom was awesome (great shower!), and enjoyed sprawling on the large sofa. The swans on the bed made out of towels was a nice touch.
The modernity of the reception and the room , the location which is just 700 meters to the city center, and the staff.
Via taxi Hotel is 25min from airport. You can see castle from hotel, about a 10min walk. Hotel has a fantastic bar staff VERY friendly and attentive. By night two staff remembered us & our drinks. Hotel is very clean & well decorated.
Staff are amazing supportive and friendly, the most was the gentleman I meet for the first check in was a real gentleman and helpful he is really reflecting a professional image about the hotel. Please look kindly for 15 April check in done by whom.
