We loved the neighbourhood and the quietness of the area after busy central London. Area and accessibility were great with different tube stations and direct buses within a 15 minute walk. Walk to/ from Maida Vale station for Bakerloo line ( Padding station and Heathrow) or Royal Oak station for City Line ( Kings Cross) also around the corner is RA Bus 8 direct to to Euston station to get the Harry Potter studio tour direct train! Beds including the pull out couch were very comfy, great service with couch bed already made, extra towels and early check in available after an overnight flight. Kitchen had everything you could need including complete tea and coffee set up. Grocery store right around the corner and numerous cafes and restaurants around as well. Nice to have 2 tvs so could watch in the bedroom. Tuul took care to make sure place was ready even for early check in and was very responsive . We will be back to use as a base again.

The service was excellent, and the room was cozy and clean. The location was perfect, and overall, we were very satisfied.
