The location is perfect, just half a mile away from Hyde Park and Bayswater and Queensway Stations. Several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is quiet and well-equipped. The staff was kind and attentive at all times.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they had great customer service and you could tell they wanted to do whatever they could to make our stay the best. The large bathroom with a tub was really nice and the location right next to a metro station.
