Gorgeous room, wonderful friendly reception and all staff

The staff of the hotel were just splendid and they made all the difference. The room was nice the restaurant was superb but the staff were the driver of the charm and warmth.

Staff attentive, food presented well and tasted spot on. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was really great and our room was perfect - large and overlooking the harbor. Staff was very helpful with everything including offering to park the car for us - we are from the UK originally and used to live in Felixstowe and we had forgotten how small parking spaces are! The location is wonderful - right on the Harbor and very picturesque. There are quite a few good restaurants right in the area, virtually next door to the hotel. We did not eat dinner at the hotel but the menu looked wonderful and was always crowded for dinner, which is always a good indication. We had breakfast there and it was lovely. Would definitely stay there again.
