Great location and Jim a brilliant host who made us incredibly welcome and gave advice for what to and where to go in Margate.

Very welcoming host. Nice room, excellent breakfast and very well cleaned. Also kept welcome cookies/biscuits in the room.

The location is very near to the main town center and a quick walk would get one in to town in about 10 minutes. The host Jim was very courteous and helpful. Our stay was made very comfortable and homely. Jim was available for any queries and even helped us with a drop to Botany Bay when we were checking out. Conversing with other guests around the dining area made it very clear that he values his guests and would go out of the way to help them any way he can. The facilities were clean and homely and the breakfast was enjoyable with options of a full English or continental style at an affordable rate. . Overall even though it was for one day, out trip was very comfortable and pleasant. If we are travelling to Margate next time, Jim will be the first one to get our call for accommodation.

What's not to like, host Jim was fab, room was lovely, bed was comfy, breakfast was great!

What a gem this place was..Laura was a wonderful host and so friendly..really tasty breakfast. lovely and clean will definitely be coming back
