Only down fall was that I pre ordered the big birthday dessert for my partner as a surprise and although they said happy birthday to him on arrival, we didn’t receive the service of the big song and dance or the dessert! But they knew to say happy birthday which confused me

The. Staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Ideal location for our trip.
My trip was mostly for leisure, I needed to do some work on my laptop for a few hours since I was 5 hours ahead of my team. Unfortunately, the guest internet was down for a couple of days. The Staff amazed me by connecting me to the Staff internet which is rare. That's great service recovery! It couldn't have been better done. Kudos to them all.
Room was very comfortable and bathroom clean with excellent shower.
