Great location for me, only a shortest walk (for me) to get to Lincoln center. Parking was great, so didn't have to worry about finding somewhere. They did provide great information to park if no room on the property to park. Room was a good size with shower room, very clean & modern. Enough refreshment supplies to float a battleship, which was great as I like my tea & coffee. I had been upgraded which was a great surprise. The property is well looked after and clean. Dealing with the owner was a breeze & he was very polite & friendly. Will use again, (if not all booked up which may be a possibility as it's a Prime stop over option).

The staff couldn't have been any more helpful and obliging felt like a home away from home and having never been to Lincoln before it was so easy to find a short walk down the canal and you're there. A lovely stay

The room was excellent - very clean and comfortable, and the access arrangements were very simple. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent value for money.
