The location is very good, a 10-minute walk to Maida Vale metro station. The area is residential and safe.
Check-in/check-out instructions are clear.
Overall, the apartment is clean and well-maintained (with a few exceptions mentioned below).
The queen bed is comfortable.
The host is friendly and responds promptly.
