Perfect location for seeing London, we were there 2 weeks. Easy to get the tube or train anywhere. The owners were very helpful when we had a few very minor issues (eg , ordering potholders ) and provided excellent instructions and recommendations. When building keys were changed during our stay, they were on top of it so we never had any access problems,
