The facilities of the hotel kitchen are great, the location is also very good, and the room is spacious and bright. When we checked in at three o'clock, the room was not ready, but the staff was very friendly and helped us check in successfully.
The location was perfect and a 2 minutes walk away from where my event were.
The apartment had an excellent location, close to everything we needed. Check-in took a bit of time but went smoothly. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having two toilets was a big plus. The deposit was returned within a week. An extra armchair in the living room would be a nice improvement:)

Stayed at Trafalgar because we were watching a show at the Lyceum. The location was spot on! Just off Trafalgar Square so plenty to see and do! The penthouse apartment was absolutely spotless and had a really modern feel. Couldn't fault the facilities and the under floor heating was immense! The beds were super comfortable and each of the ensuite bathrooms were great.The whole apartment really was stunning ...and great location for city visitors. Would definitely stay there again...thankyou.
Oh and dont be put off by security clearance and deposit...its genuine! Got my deposit back within hours of being home. Thank you.
