Small hotel, quiet location, near were we wanted to be.
The Atmosphere in and around the hotel was great. Train and stores was in a walking distance. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. neighborhood was quite and calm.
Lovely place in a quiet location. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Very pretty garden area with chairs and a couple of tables, nice to sit in with morning coffee or tea. Overall a beautiful, quaint, and cozy hotel.
My room was a good size, comfortable and had everything I needed.
Dinner was good, home cooked and seemed fresh, with fresh veg, always a bonus.
A nice touch at breakfast is the choice of continental, light or large, which is great if you want more than cereal but not a full English
The hard working multitasking staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay
Lovely hotel with free parking. It was close to the town centre and very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and I really enjoyed the evening meal I had there.
