Our rooms were large by European standards but we would have preferred phone charging stations next to the beds. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The Metro was quite close and we liked that! Andreas is a crown jewel for this hotel! He was able to book us events at a discount and give us information about whatever we needed: trains, events, places to eat, etc., etc. I would book rooms here again in the future!

Amazing breakfast and location. The staff was amazing.

The location was great! I felt that it was a safe neighborhood, we could walk to many nice restaurants and pubs. Management went above and beyond to help us 70 somethings comfortable. Andreas carried all our heavy luggage to our rooms. Air conditioning and lifts were wonderful. Nice hot breakfast ever morning! Price was very reasonable! Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was exceptional. The location near Paddington train station and multiple Underground stops was ideal. The area was very walkable and close to activities and shopping. The complimentary drink was a nice addition.
