The staff are friendly, the room is spacious and overlooks the castle, and the hotel is in a great location.
The breakfast was very nice. I used the gym pool and spa facilities which were all very nice.
The staff were exceptional, especially Erin she was so helpful in checking us in and giving us information about the city. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The Spa was a lovely way to unwind. The breakfast service comprised of good food and warm smiles. I had a wonderful stay at The Caledonian the next time I'm in Edinburgh I will be staying here.
Felt homely, reception and concierge were attentive and did what I asked.
It’s beautiful, tasteful and very comfortable and the exercise facilities are a great touch.
