Stayed here with my wife and little boy. Great location next to a great mall with plenty shops and a food court. We stayed for 9 nights so this was a great choice. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was great too and the blonde lady at the breakfast restaurant was just a star. She checked on our son almost everyday and she was just all very friendly and professional. It's a shame i forgot her name but she's eastern european i think. We stayed in a suite but the space is a bit small but i guess that's london for you. Overall we were very please and we will return again. Oh yes the view at night is just amazing. Great rooftop restaurant too on the last floor i think.
