Great location. Lots of parking. Beautiful and comfortable apartment.

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment (Lord) for my family of 6 for 3 nights. The apartment provided a link online with vital information about parking and apartment access and how to use the apartment. The apartment provided one free parking per apartment which was beneficial to customers since parking is limited. This apartment is on the 2nd floor, and the entrance immediately opens to a staircase leading to the rooms, kitchen, and lounge areas. The refrigerator in the kitchen was small. It is useful to have a kitchen for a family. The location was in a quiet area and only 5 minutes walk to restaurants and stores. The apartment is great for families with older kids and not ideal for little kids and people with disabilities who can’t walk the stairs. The room in the attic was narrow and not ideal for tall people since it is easy to hit your head. Suggestions for improvement: provide paper towels

The apartment is in a beautiful, old renovated building. You do have to climb three flights of stairs. The inside is spotless and very minimalist. The proper safety equipment is visible. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower was delightful. It is located very close to the main drag in Windermere. The hosts do a great job communicating. The heat was individualized for each room and there were TVs in each room along with an Alexa in the living area. Watch your head as there are low ceilings and beams! I would highly recommend this apartment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location in Windermere was wonderful.
