Clean, friendly, great breakfast also with help yourself options, excellent value for money, good location and safe private parking. Will definitely be staying here again.
It has traditional English seaside B and B charm. It isn't overly polished and clinical looking. It's a very cosy place and one which I would return to again and again as it is situated a short walk from the centre.
Staff were lovely and friendly, beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Lovely little B&B, bedroom warm, clean and very comfortable with a well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from whether you want a full English breakfast, with also the option of a vegetarian choice, lots of yummy pastries, juices and proper mugs of tea. The location is ideal with the city centre being within a short walking distance. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.
