The hotel was clean with good facilities, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful, especially Rachel at breakfast.
Accessible room was comfortable and good breakfast. Good location.
The hotel is situated at the top of the hill (huge bonus!) directly across from the Cathedral which was amazing, especially as we were there for VE Day commemorations. The room was comfortable, nice bed, loved the balcony especially for cathedral view. Good breakfast and after explaining everything staff left you alone - added bonus for me. The lift worked perfectly fine - no long wait as described before.
Fantastic location, very comfortable beds and friendly staff
Friendly staff. Ideally situated for the historic part of Lincoln. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet.
