Excellent but pricey; no choice but to pay for more food than needed

Loved the trendy decor and the central location, Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful, roof bar had great cocktails and snacks, Gym facility was very inviting, Spa refuel bar offered amazing healthy drinks and a delightful fruit salad (probably best I've ever had), and last but not least, was so excited about the Japanese toilets ! and the cute umbrella provided in the room.

The location is really great! It’s near to everything we needed in London. The amenities are super clean.

This is our favorite hotel in the world. We have stayed here twice now and can’t wait for the next trip. The most exceptional, exquisite, immaculate, swanky, and relaxing hotel one could ask for.

Our stay at the Londoner was near flawless. We loved the private floor with the refreshments and the bar. The service here was great. The rooms were sleek and we appreciated all of the details, like the wood paneling, heated toilet, etc. The location was a short walk from Trafalgar Square, West End theaters, London Eye. Other attractions were very easily accessible by Leicester Square Tube stop. It was a bit of a journey by train from the airport (Gatwick), but that's London! Overall, the Londoner was a great respite in city with a lot to do.
