I do love reading about the history of the building.
Sammy at the front desk was very friendly and informative for our first trip to London.
The Front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's a great location about 20-25 min walk to a lot of the major attractions, a bus stop is right around the corner and it's near Black Friars station. The breakfast was excellent and a good selection. Dinner in the pub was also delicious and convenient. The room was quiet and well insulated from outside noise. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom great toiletries, breakfast were absolutely outstanding.everything was so delicious. Staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Became friends will all employees. Very interesting conversation with them
The ambiance was exceptional. The staff very friendly, we especially enjoyed conversation with Sami, Dell, Luke and Alam. They were always accomodating and fun to talk with. The location was perfect. The food was good. The rooms very comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were very comforatable.
