The staff was so kind and very helpful. We enjoyed talking to them and appreciated their suggestions and positive attitudes.
Immaculately maintained and beautifully appointed. The level of service is exemplary. Incredibly impressed that EVERY person we interacted with made us feel welcomed and valued and spoiled.
Location. Across the street from the British Museum. Easy access to major sites in London. The staff are friendly. Nice thoughtful touches like complimentary sweets upon arrival.
We loved the location, the air conditioning, the concierge, and the comfortable beds. The staff were so professional, friendly and accommodating. The concierge was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to secure us dinner reservations for a fabulous restaurant with last minute notice.
