I liked this place a lot. On the edge of town, so tranquil. The owner greeted me warmly and happily accommodated my bicycle in the locked shed. Upgraded my room, which was clean and comfortable and I liked the animal prints on the walls. Breakfast was excellent. Large and inviting back garden, which I enjoyed in the good weather. I liked it!
The garden is very peaceful adjacent to a golf course. A bit dated but I loved that about it.
The property was clean and well served. The location is .7 miles from the Cathedral, over level ground. Easy walk even for a gimp like me. The bus stop is only about 500 feet away on the main road.
The host was very friendly and accommodating- staff was friendly.
Breakfast was good and they do serve a limited menu of dinner upon request. Bar is available as well.
Next door is a golf course, so it is very quiet.

Quant, comfortable, and clean. Wood paneled public rooms looking out onto a beautiful yard. Nice breakfast! Plenty of off street plarking.
