Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean modern room in this historic building. Great shower and comfortable bed. Great view of the garden from our window. Walking distance from city center Edinburgh.

Great location! Walking distance from most of the popular tourist location. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! For the price- I’d 100% recommend someone to stay here. We had a couple questions about our room and the staff came immediately and answered our questions. I was hesitant once I read the reviews online but I was happily surprised with the quality of our stay for the price. Our room was cleaned almost everyday thoroughly, it felt clean and comfortable. Would go back if I were to visit Edinburgh again.

Place was comfy for the little time spent in the room. Within walking distance to some local food spots and small food stores for water, light meals, and snacks. Walk to the main attractions was not too far. Great view from the window of the church and garden.
