Amazing location, great accommodation, pleasant staff and the breakfast was fantastic!

The location is excellent and although the room hasn’t too many amenities (no microwave or fridge, for instance), the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent.

I have stayed in a Thistle before therefore I had an idea of what to expect. I also liked that it was on the bus 91 route. This Thistle was lovely and welcoming. The friendly staff on arrival and the comfortable room made the stay as comfortable as could be. I asked for blankets for the night as we like to sleep in a cool room but with warm layers. The staff brought up extra blankets. The toiletries were effective and didn't feel 'budget'. Towels were nice and thick. Shower pressure was very good and we didn't miss not having a radiator in the bathroom. Were able to adjust the heating if we wanted to by turning the radiator valve. I had a cooked breakfast, which was satisfying and set me up for the day. Tiny thing I would have liked was de-caff tea in the room. There was de-caff coffee. I would definitely stay again.

The staff were all wonderful from check in to breakfast and check out and I believe great staff elevate an experience so was a lovely trip

Friendly helpful staff, room very clean and comfortable. Habib on reception gave us a free room upgrade and then he called us once we were in our room to check we were happy - fantastic service! Comfy bed, great size room. Breakfast is really nice - English and continental available, also have milk alternatives which was great for me.The location is great for the West end theatres. Lots of amenities surrounding the hotel.
