The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, it was easy to control the temperature and the bathroom was well equipped, clean and functional

Newly refurbished rooms since last time we stayed. Our family live very close nearby, so excellent hotel for visiting them.

I like everything about this accomodation. The staff is very helpful and super nice. The way he greeted us is amazing. The room is larger than in the photo, you can easily be comfortable with the room. The bathroom is clean, they served us with face towels, body towels, and various amenities. Coffee, tea, and water heater are the perfect match for your stay. Television is working perfectly. The room is tidy and clean. The architecture of this hotel is also wonderful. I will surely go back to them when I visit Birmingham

The room was perfect, quiet and staff were so friendly and helpful. Ample parking, check in was simple. We were offered dinner and breakfast at anytime we liked. Very accommodating to our 2 year old daughter.
