Ease of check in/check out. Parking on site as well as EV charging, although I did not use. A nice outdoor dining area. Excellent self-service kitchen and dining facilities. Room was OK for what I needed and was reflected in the price. Location was good for my needs. As I arrived late in the day, I met the host upon check out. Good experience as we chatted and made me feel welcome and I was happy to share that I was happy with my stay.

Very convenient for our visit. Able to come and go when we wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Self catering with large communal kitchen. Large ensuite room. All fixtures and fittings high quality. Staff very helpful and friendly. Owner regularly on site checking everything ok.

Good property for groups to get together. communal lounge and conservatory. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Once we'd found the kitchen, we were impressed with the facilities including fridges and freezers. There was also a fridge in the room so we were well catered for in the cooling department. The bed was comfortable and we slept well enough. There is no breakfast but that's the deal - a comfortable night's sleep and access to other shared facilities without human intervention, and it works pretty well once you get the hang of the lock on the front door.
