A very pleasant surprise. For the price this place is excellent value. Great location, about four minute walk to Hammersmith tube station. The room was spacious. The mattress was extremely comfortable, everything was clean, excellent shower, even a fridge and microwave, tea, coffee, milk, etc. all provided. It is certainly not the Novotel, but at a third of the price, I would take it any day.
The location, friendly staff, quick response to any requests, and a warm bathroom were all excellent.
Hotel is located in the nice district. Quite good view out of the window. Room is very functional, it contained everything that I need for living.

Room was comfy. The mini kitchen met our needs, if we needed something the staff was happy to help us. Location is great, Hammersmith station is only about 3 minutes away, yet the room was not noisy.
