Everything was so clean and well maintained. Nothing was broken or not working. All of the amenities provided made the stay that much better!! Every single person who helped me and worked there were so kind and helpful. All of the shared areas were so clean and welcoming. The room was a really good size for being in New York and at the price! Definitely a great spot too.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage there when I arrived before check-in time. Close to a couple subway stations, very quiet at night, AC worked.
Cute hotel, very excellent location, right off of several subway lines. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable.
Great location in lower Manhattan. The room was small but offered queen sized bed and free coffee in the morning. The price was decent (perhaps since it was July 4th weekend)
Easy access to trains and restaurants. Quick check in and clean spacious rooms.
