The staff - specially the front desk manager. He’s the best, super friendly and willing to help in any request
Very attentive staff and knowledagble and helpful. Very grateful we stayed here
The property was very clean and had lots of amenities. Also, close to the airport, Gaylord Convention Center, and downtown. We had an early flight and needed to be to the airport around 3:45am, even though the shuttle did not start until 5am, they still brought us to the airport at 3:30am and I was very thankful because I was worried we wouldn’t find an Uber or Lyft at that time.
How close it was to places we were going to on our trip
I loved the location and I loved the staff, they were so friendly.
