Loved Everything about this property. Very close proximity to the famous Pismo Beach sign, the Pier, the beach itself, Splash Cafe, Brad’s, Cool Cats Cafe, Harry’s, etc. 5 min stroll to all of these places! The hotel was very clean and the furniture was super comfy. The onsite manager Johnny made us feel right at home, he was very polite, friendly, and professional. The hotel had all the basic necessities you’ll need for an overnight or weekend stay. All the personal touches of the hotel coupled with the friendly, knowledgeable staff made this trip a 10/10!

The property was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the gentleman that was overseeing the property was very pleasant and helpful, he does a fantastic job at keeping the property pristine.

Location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach.

The inn is less than a block from the main Pismo Beach sign and the beach. Across the street, there are many eateries, including Hoagies, Fish N Chips, Brewery, and bike rental stores. The inn has only 8 rooms, so getting in and out is very easy. Your vehicle parking is below the rooms. The room has a lovely automatic fireplace, microwave, fridge, and filtered reverse osmosis water, so you don't need bottled water for all your needs. Johnny, the inn's host, was very kind and helpful. He provided us with some towels for the beach, always asked if we needed anything, and even provided traffic control while we came out of the driveway.

Johnny was great! He was very thoughtful and helpful. He guided us to our room, explained where everything was, and every time we would see him, he would greet us and ask us if there was anything we needed. Our first time staying there, but not the last.
