As all the reviews said, the staff were great. Tammy checked us in, it was a busy weekend, so she suggested moving us to the back room away from the busy street. The downside was the numerous track trucks that come in the back parking lot in the morning, at least 10.
The staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. I loved the architectural design of the building, it was very clean and in the perfect spot of pismo. My 12 year old daughter loved the old elevator she kept wanted to ride it! This place is so much more than a hotel it is a piece of history. And is an amazing beautiful place! We will definitely book another stay!!
We love the location you can walk to all the shops and all the restaurantsand most of all the beach and we love the staff and the rooms we have stayed here several times and will continueto do so this place is an A plus in our book.
It's the total package! Great manager/Tammy and staff. Perfect location and iconic 1937 hotel experience. Restaurants everywhere and activities nearby. Short walk to beach and pier.
