Exceptional staff. Great location. Made a Togo breakfast when I had an early flight.
The night desk worker (I believe his name was Tommy) was amazing. Excellent customer service. After a long drive, his kindness and joy was very refreshing and made for an excellent experience. Very happy with the service he provided.
I had a frustrating time driving into Austin in the dark & rain & crazy Austin drivers. However, Tommy at the front desk immediately made me smile & laugh with his humor. He also directed me to the short walk to a bar/restaurant (because I refused to drive ANYMORE) & I really appreciated that.
The rooms were kept extremely clean. The staff was excellent. I came in late and then left early so I didn’t do anything from the breakfast area. Driver was very polite. It took me to the airport. I did get lost finding it but that’s me anyway nice experience.
