Checkin and customer service phenomenal throughout stay. Clean, comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Amadeus went above and beyond to satisfy a special request and ensure a smooth, quick check in! Awesomeness
Everything was great. I loved the hot tub the most
Very friendly man checked us in and went out of his way to be sure everything was okay. Room was better than a lot of others we have stayed in over the past few months. Better value than a lot of Waco hotels.
Worked with general manager as needed 5 rooms for family members and she was very helpful and her staff was very attentive to all our needs. Hot breakfast downstairs in lobby everyday was excellent!
They had an amazing breakfast bar and the staff there were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be recommending this to my family.
