The breakfast was very nice and complimentary The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is very clean and as NY hotel rooms go, it was large. We were actually surprised at how nice it was at that price point. Will definitely stay there again
Location was key for Cruise terminal. Walked 1 block to arrive for cruise. Bed was very comfortable. Comfort Inn was able to accommodate 1st floor request.
Room was great for our use. Two 3/4 beds, clean, not a lot of space, but has what one needs in it. Breakfast included. Very good! More then we thought there would be. Location was great, easy walk to midtown. Felt safe in area. Would stay here again.
Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location with lots to see and do nearby. Walkability to cruise port. Very clean room and hotel. Good breakfast with usual waffles, coffee, etc.
Easy walk to Times Square, Broadway and Cruise Port Terminal. Also walked 30 minutes from Penn Station quite easily. Small rooms, but clean.
