We like everything. The entire staff displayed a courteous and friendly service.
We forgot a men's suit in our room, and as soon as we got in touch with them to make shipping arrangements, Madelyn Noyola was extremely helpful.
Our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel lobby and public areas were also clean and nice.
Right next-door to the parking spot, very close to the airport, quiet rooms.

The bed felt like a cloud and the AC kept the room freezing during a heatwave.
The check in was very quick, front desk was very friendly and helpul. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. I did not eat there. I was there due to an unexpected layover and the hotel was very accomadating.
