Everything went well The day desk staff were a little abrupt but the nighttime desk agent was good.
Very clean but what gave it a 10 was the shuttle service. Will definitely stay there again.
The staff were most accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The shuttle drivers were professional and genuinely friendly, and engaged in conversation easily. They got me to the convention center and back promptly and made every trip a pleasure.
I liked that it was in downtown, but it was very easy to get out.
The location was convenient and the staff was nice.
