Warm and welcoming staff. I especially appreciate the guest room manager, Ivan, who helped ship me back personal items I accidentally left in the room. They go above and beyond, A+!

Facility was clean and staff were very professional.
. staff uniformly friendly and helpful. Hotel is understaffed though. No one at door to help unload ( did in earlier years). Feel like motel in that sense. /Rooms clean, Beds great, Common rooms all nice - a bit sterile and not used. For first time in sevewral visits the hotel was busy which was nice and better vibes.
