The hotel perfectly located, it is a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Piazza San Marco and is surrounded by lots of cafés, restaurants, and shops.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, it was quiet and relaxing.
The hotel itself and our room were both very clean.
The hostess was very kind and gracious to us, explained the meal services and amenities, and was able to accommodate us by speaking Spanish and English.
The hotel is very close to Piazza San Marco (St Mark's Square), the principal public square of Venice, St Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace. It would be hard to find a better location for a stay in Venice.
My room was very clean & was kept so by the staff throughout the stay. The hotel lobby, lift and corridors were also clean.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Everything required was made available.
For me, the only weak point was the poor wifi. My room was rather high up which was probably the reason for the poor wifi and I needed to go to the lobby for a good connection. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.
Провели с женой три незабываемых дня в Венеции. Отель небольшой, номера чистые, мебель сносная, сантехника новая. Кондиционер работал исправно. Местонахождение отличное(Сан Марко в двух минутах).Персонал вежлив и всегда готов помочь. Рекомендовал бы для нескольких ночей.
Очень тяжёлый ключ от номера, приходилось носить его с собой. Ресепшн закрывается в 21ч и до утра никого нет.
Все очень понравилось, хороший завтрак и вид из окна !
