The staff, Emily, and the general manager, Wanda, were a blessing. Our car broke down on Sunday, our care bork down 20 minutes awar from the hotel so we had to go back and get another overnight stay with a late check. They were very understanding. We were still waiting until 6m for the car to be ready. Wanda and her staff were so lovely they offered us dinner, and they were so nice. This is our second year coming here, to go too Watermind Family Swim Club. Our entire family stayed for our family vacation. We all will be coming back next year. I think they need a playground for kids. The Hyatt House Herndon is my favorite place. I felt safe and secure so did my family. I enjoy Saturday night activities.
