The room is comfortable, the staff are friendly and they try their best to help you out. The front desk guy made sure to explain how I could order food to my room.
Great location and friendly staff with very clean rooms
Airport shuttle was great and convenient. Staff were amazing, especially the young man who checked me in (I believe he is new), there was an issue with my room and he immediately fixed it, also gave me advice on how to order delivery to my room for food.
all is good, i booked a family room which was very spacious
Easy shuttle from/to Airport and the location is very near DC Metro (Innovation Center stop) for easy trip downtown (on the Silver line). The room was nice and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast included.
