Close location on university to campus able to walk down to Northgate and campus to get to Kyle Field. Parking lot is free able to bring +1 car if staying with friends.

This was our experience. We came here because of hurricane Beryl and this was practically the only hotel available. Because of previous reviews and the outside look of the hotel, we were very apprehensive. But when we got inside the room we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean, we had good cold AC, TV, refrigerator, microwave, iron, luggage stand and safe. Wood flooring was a plus for us. The bed linens were clean and very comfortable. We slept well. They don’t serve breakfast which was ok, plenty of nice places nearby. Though no coffee pot in the room but they did have good coffee in the office. Appreciated. Glad we stayed. We could stay there again.

Great Beds, clean room , the ac was on when we enter, so it was a good thing due to the heat it was outside

It was much less than others, especially with a big game in town. Some of the exterior looked a bit unkempt, but the rooms were clean and obviously well cared for. New quality shower liner, for example. When I had a minor problem, the desk was extremely proactive and helpful!
