The staff are friendly and welcoming. They found us a room when we arrived early. The doorman grabbed our bags as soon as we arrived. Perfect location for exploring Seattle-public transport also very close. Large comfortable rooms.

Great central location, close to the light link rail, shops and restaurants. Big spacious room, very well appointed and very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage on our last day which was very handy.

We had some troubles with the baggage that came a whole day later from the airport then we. The persons behind the desk dit a fantastic job helping us getting in touch with delta airlines and when the bags arrived at the hotel they even brought it right to our room. They also had answers to all our questions about how things work in the US en in particular in seattle.

Location; the Mayflower is within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit either for food, shopping, entertainment, Seattle highlights.
