Room very comfortable. We came in morning after a cruise. They allowed early check in (before noon) and held bags while waited. Elevators were new/high tech but no directions! Had to ask and team member immediately came over and demonstrated how the worked
The room/floor was quiet. We had a nice view of the city and the Space Needle. It was nearby several bus stops.
Very great customer service! And the room was ready prior to the 3pm check-in which I loved. Room was clean and facilities were nice. This is my 2nd time staying and I was just as satisfied as the first time, would definitely stay again.
Easy access to Pike's Place, nice restaurant ( great food& service)
The location was walking distance to the Pike Place Market and the train station that takes you to the airport for $3.
