The tropical landscaping created a serene escape in the middle of Avalon. We loved sitting by the fire and lounging in the chaise lounges amongst the trees and plants in the quiet solitude and warm Sun. The private sitting areas screened by a hedge outside our room added to our relaxation and joy. We could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and read quietly while the rest of our party slept. The breakfast was adequate with bagels, cream cheese, juice and coffee. A good start to busy days. The wind and cheese reception was a great way to meet new people and unwind. The hotel is perfectly located with stunning water views while you enjoy the fire or sitting areas. The room was cozy and well appointed. We will definitely return every time we visit Avalon!

It’s an amazing place. The hotel has two building separated by 3 separate areas as you go father back into the common area it just amazing the first area is under sun shades and it tables great for people watching as this is right off the main area looking at the port. Then another area behind is a huge fire pit w comfy chairs and behind that is a lounge area hidden among the garden pick your spot to rest catch some sun or just hangout. It’s great. Rooms are clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was an array of pastry bagels fruit juices coffees and teas. Staff is friendly and helpful. This place offers a deal w local restaurants to give you money off your dining experience. Worth a visit.
