I like to care that they give and most of all honesty. I left my ruby and diamond earring at the room by mistake. On the way out of town, I called and the lady that answered said she would check. She came back and called me and said that she did find it. We turned around and went back to get it. That is something special to have anonymous person like your front desk. I did not remember her name, but I feel she should be recognized by management. left behind a generous tip to show my appreciation

The location, price, and staff made this a wonderful stay. The pool is newly renovated and a fantastic addition to the amenities.

The hotel was clean and well-appointed. Our host was Armando and he was kind and very professional. I was on the demanding side because I had special needs on this trip and Armando was patient and accommodating. I was truly happy with my stay.

The breakfast was not what I expected. It looked like the facility was being renovated and the breakfast was not quite as convenient for access and efficiency. With that being said, I understand that the place wasn't able to accommodate the full breakfast bar as what I'm used to. I'm sure after the renovations are complete there won't be any issues with the morning routine.
