The facility and mostly the staff.. From Tony to Eddie to the entire female staff as well. All of them are always busy working hard to keep this hotel up to standards and above in some situations.
The customer service and staff were excellent. And El paso P.D does make frequent visits but it really assures that they are around for safety to the innocent traveling here. Or at the minimum makes the would-be criminals know that Cops are around.
Cleaned and they fix the tv right away when it wasn’t working. Great job!!
Hotel staff is pleasant and friendly. The Manager, Tony, helped with a booking problem.
Staff was helpful and curtious. Swimming pool open and clean.
