The upstairs apartment was comfortably roomy for two persons. The kitchen was clean and fully functional with a handy coffee maker, freezer for ice, refrigerator, stove with a kettle for boiling water for tea. Doors between the family room and the bedroom allowed for one person to watch TV and the other to sleep in the bedroom. The air conditioner was efficient and fully adjustable. The patio deck was wonderful with a view of tall pine trees all around. The best thing was that the location was quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys quiet and fresh air, and does not mind climbing stairs.
