Very well located. You can uber to universal parks for 8 dollars.
Clean, mostly well maintained, friendly staff, perfect location
We had an issue with our refrigerator when we checked in. The issue was resolved very quickly and professionally.
Staff working round the clock to keep it clean, everyone was so nice, plenty of things to do at hotel; convenient store in the hotel as well as arcade, 2 pools, restaurant, bar.
Close to convenient stores and restaurants. There is also a little shop in the hotel that sells fruit, snacks, and frozen food, which is really helpful when we were hungry at night or wanted a quick breakfast. The room is spacious enough for us (a group of 4). We requested a room that didn't face the highway to reduce noise, and the staff granted it.
