Расположение отличное, одна остановка от Александр Плац, 30 минут пешком до Бранденбургских ворот. Вокруг полно кафе, магазинов и ресторанов. Персонал дружелюбный, все в порядке, чистота в номера отличная, убирают каждый день.
Не подкладывают таблетки для посудомоечной машины когда они заканчиваются. В двери холодильника лежат товары из бара, которые можно приобрести, из-за этого холодильник не всегда получается закрыть с первого раза. Если вдруг пропала горячая вода - скорее всего вылетели пробки проточного водонагревателя, сходите на ресепшн, вам все сделают, но думаю это был исключительный случай.
