Great front staff and facilities. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Parking was convenient.

The room was clean and roomy, as with other Springhill Suites we have stayed at. A few minor things needed to be fixed: the lighted mirror (the bulb was burned out) and the toilet paper hanger, which was loose.
The hotel room was comfortable, great location and parking.
The location was perfect for universal studios and Warner Brothers tour and food well just about everthing. I gave high stars for the how clean and good the location was and convince.
